All About Corky and Her PALS

This series is very dear to me and has undergone numerous revisions over the years. I began it back in the early 2000s while working as a school counselor, writing short stories with my students about the skills they learned in our sessions. It has now grown into a collection of 22 books, addressing topics such as emotions, social skills, and the everyday challenges kids encounter—all outlined and ready for development. The series follows Corky as she learns to navigate the complexities of childhood, aided by her Pawstively Awesome Learning Squad. Each animal character is inspired by my own pets over the years, and Corky is based on myself (I'll share the origin of the name later). I am excited to share these with you! Meet the PALS:
